Nantenaina

🗓️ Born on May 20, 2012
đźšş Girl
🏡 Welcomed to the center thanks to the support of the local community

Orphaned at a young age, Nantenaina was abandoned by her extended family after her parents passed away. Due to her mental disability, no one was willing to take her in. Left alone on the streets, she survived without care or protection.

During this vulnerable time, she was repeatedly assaulted, leading to both worsened mental trauma and physical disability as a result.

It was the compassion of the local residents that changed her fate — they contacted the Felana Maitso Center, who immediately stepped in to offer her shelter, care, and love.
Since then, Nantenaina has been healing slowly. Each small smile she gives is a quiet triumph over her past and a sign of hope for her future.
